When will the amount of my order be debited?

Your payment amount will be debited once your order has been shipped. If your order involves multiple deliveries, you will be charged the individual price of each item when it is dispatched. Please note that at the time of your order, we ask for a payment authorization for the total amount of the order. This is a temporary blocking of funds, which is canceled after a few days.

 

Is it possible to split the amount of my order between several credit cards?

You can only use one credit or debit card per order, but you can pay using a gift card and top up with a credit card.

 

Can I pay with more than one gift card?

Yes, you can use a maximum of nine gift cards for a single order.
